Refund policy
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be refunded via an Elle's swim store credit. If you would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, we can arrange one for you. The following return policy is agreed upon at checkout and/or agreed through purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Below are requirements for a return.
The following must apply for a return/credit to occur:
- Unworn with tags attached, in original packaging
- Hygiene liner attached (if applicable)
- Must be returned within 14 days of the packages arrival
- Customer is in charge of shipping costs, unless exception is made by an Elle's team member.
- Elle's Swim does not reimburse for the initial orders shipping
- Elle’s Swim does not accept returns and/or credits for sale items or items purchased with a promo code
To start a return, you can contact us via our email including your order number so we can locate your purchase. If your return is accepted by an Elle's team member, we will guide you through the return with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Non-returnable items
Items purchased with a promo code, sale items, and gift cards are not refundable.
Exchanges
Once we confirm that we have received the item and issue a store credit, we suggest you make the separate purchase for the new item. If a customer would like to order without the store credit before we have received the old item, it is up to the customer. However, the store credit would have to be used for another purchase. Customers are limited to one exchange per item (i.e. after an exchange for an item has occurred, another one on the same item can not occur).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via a Elle's swim store credit. Refunds are via store credit. Extenuating circumstances are dealt with case to case by an Elle’s swim team member.
Mailing delays
We wish orders could be hand delivered by our team, and we apologize for any delays on behalf of the carrier. In the case of permanently lost packages, refunds can be issued, only after the search time period requested by the courier. Once the package is reported unrecoverable or it is returned to us, then a refund can be processed.
