Elle’s swim allows you to exchange your item, so you can get the perfect size and fit. We recommend you use our size chart to aid your purchase but we understand purchasing online isn't always a simple adventure.
We offer a store credit for any item(s) unworn with tags and/or exchanges for another color, size, or simply another style. See the return policy below for exact requirements. Note that if exchanging for another style, the credit holds its value and the customer will pay the difference if styles have varying prices. Elle’s swim is not responsible for the shipping cost of the customer’s return, nor do we refund initial shipping on the item(s).
The following must apply for a credit to occur:
- Unworn with tags attached, in original packaging
- Hygiene liner attached (if applicable)
- Must be returned within 14 days of the packages arrival
- Customer is in charge of shipping costs
- Elle's Swim does not reimburse for the initial orders shipping
- Elle’s Swim does not accept returns and/or credits for select sale items or items purchased with a promo code
How do I start my return?
The steps are quick and we are here for ya love!

- Message us with your order number and we will get back to you with our return address and details.
Elle’s swim will send a confirmation email once the item has been delivered back to us and checked. A store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days via a Elle’s swim gift card.
Each bikini goes through multiple checks to ensure its quality, and to make sure you are receiving the best bikini.
We do not refund claimed flawed items unless they are verified as faulty by an official Elle’s Swim team member. Note that the same “Return Policy” guidelines apply in order for any credit or return to occur. To report a flawed item you can message firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will assist you. If the item(s) is deemed flawed, we will refund your purchase for a store credit or happily replace the item.
We wish packages could be hand delivered by our team, and we apologize for any delays on behalf of the postal service. In the case of permanently lost packages, refunds can be issued, only after the search time period requested by the courier. Once the package is reported unrecoverable or it is returned to us, then a refund can be processed.
